Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at +1 352-217-4702. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item(s).

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us and for the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you.
